- Job Applicant: Application status updates, interview reminders, and related communications.
- Employees: Daily schedule reminders, clock-in and clock-out notifications, operational updates, and related communications.
- Opting In: You can opt-in to receive SMS messages at any time by messaging “START” to 317-863-6281. You may also contact us directly to request to be added to our SMS messaging list.
- Opting Out You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You may also contact us directly to request to be removed from our SMS messaging list
- Message Frequency: On average, you may receive between
1-10 messages per day, though this may vary depending on your requests.

- Good morning! Your VA's weekly performance report is now available in your client portal. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
- Your schedule for this week has been updated. Check your portal for details. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
- Your employment application has been received. Expect a follow-up within 3-5 business days. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
- Privacy Protection: Your privacy is important to us. Vital Home Care uses your mobile number solely for the purpose of delivering relevant SMS notifications. We do not disclose your number to third-party services or external organizations.
- Support and Assistance: For assistance or inquiries regarding our SMS communications, reply "HELP" to any message or contact our dedicated customer support team.
- Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes thru SMS notifications. Any changes will be posted on this page.
